How Much Does It Cost?

For clients with an Annual Support Agreement:

HR Specialist time is part of your Annual Support Agreement (included at no extra charge). Depending on support type, you can take advantage of between 60 minutes, 4 hours, or unlimited time per year. Learn more about support agreements.

If you do not have our Support Agreement:

Calls are billed as follows: $75 for the first 10 minutes and $5 for each minute after. Why not just an hourly rate? We have found that most calls take 10—20 minutes. So why pay for an hour when you only need 20 minutes?
