It has been a busy year across the nation with states changing current laws or creating entirely new ones! Phew! It’s been a full-time task to keep up with it!

Never fear, though, because we’ve been working diligently to learn about, understand, and apply the new laws to our policy manual and forms. Over the past several months, we’ve been working behind the scenes to prep modifications to existing policies and add new ones. Currently, we are nearing an unprecedented 100-ish policies across the nation. WOW!

While some states have seen some updates to the HR Director occur already this summer, there are more to come. We aim to start implementing these updated policies around the second week of October. Given the sheer number of them to go out, we will have to roll these out in batches over a period of several weeks.

To clarify, every client, in every state will have at least one update coming in the fall. Unfortunately, you may receive more than one update in two separate batches during the period we’re releasing the updates. Sometimes that is best way for programming purposes, although we will limit this as much as possible. 

As usual, we will send out an email when the updates have happened with instructions with how to move forward.
